Q: Which shipping service do you use to ship my package?
A: We use USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail for US and APO shipments. We use Priority Mail International for shipments outside the USA. Tracking is availble on 1st class shipping option only.
Q: Do you ship Internationally, how much does it cost, and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Yes, shipping cost depends on weight and is calculated upon checkout. As far shipping time goes, typical delivery time is about 10-15 days. We have seen International packages take from 20 to 30 work days for delivery and mostly depends on weather and customs delays. Tracking information is not available outside the USA. Please be aware that your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
Q: How do I determine which elastomer ride firmness I need?
A: This depends on the rider and terrain. We recommend Firm for rough terrain or riders who weigh 190+ lbs, Medium for riders weighing 165-185 lbs or mild off road terrain, and Soft for light riders weighing less than 165lbs. Soft can be used for street use only with heavier riders. You can also taylor your ride to your liking by mixing a medium with firm to get a more progressive ride.
Q: How do I know which forks I have?
A: Send us a few photos of your forks being careful to show the decals, front view, back view, close up's and 5 ft distance shots that show the complete forks.
Q: I cant find my forks listed, am I out of luck, or can you make something for my bike?
A: Most times we can make a custom set of elastomers for your specific model, please use our custom form found on our contact us page.
