We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Every item we sell is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date your order is shipped. We will replace, refund or issue credit on merchandise returned in original condition, and in the original package.

All prices are in USD. Prices subject to change without notice. Pricing along with photographic and typographical errors are subject to correction.
Shipping and Returns
Any item you purchase from us may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt, provided that the item is unused and in re-sellable condition, or is defective in either material or workmanship (subject to our inspection). All returns are subject to 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping cost includes handling charges. Shipping and handling charges on returns is not refundable. Please contact us if before you return any products.
Domestic Shipping
Customers in the US have the option of selecting the shipping method for your order either USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, Delivery time could take from 2-10 work days. Delivery time is estimated and we do not have control of delays or guarantee that delivery times due to circumstances outside of our control, customs, weather, etc.Tracking information is availbe for 1st class shipping only.
International Shipping
Due to increased delays in international delivery times, all International shipments are now sent via USPS Priority Mail International which could take up to 30 WORK days ( not calendar) for delivery. Delivery time is estimated and we do not have control of delays or guarantee that delivery times due to circumstances outside of our control, customs, weather, etc.Tracking information is not available outside the USA. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
Limited Warranty
Suspensionforkparts warrants that for a period of 30 days from the date of shipping, merchandise shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use provided such merchandise is correctly installed and maintained. This warranty shall not apply to products that have been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect or improper storage, handling, maintenance, wrong lubricant used or incorrectly installed.
BUYERS EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT BY SUSPENSIONFORKPARTS OF ANY DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURNED TO SUSPENSIONFORKPARTS WITHIN SUCH 30-DAY PERIOD. IN NO EVENT SHALL SUSPENSIONFORKPARTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES THROUGHT THE USE OR INTENTED USE OF THEIR PRODUCTS.
THE FOREGOING IS THE SUSPENSIONFORKPARTS EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE. SUSPENSIONFORKPARTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO BUYER ON ANY CLAIM OF NEGLIGENCE OR FOR ANY COMPONENT OR SUSPENSION FORK FAILURES. NO ONE IS AUTHORIZED BY SUSPENSION FORK PARTS TO CHANGE THE FORGOING PROVISIONS OR ASSUME ANY OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES FOR SUSPENSION FORK PARTS.
