*Note:Fits most "Off Road" mountain bikes which use 4 yellow retainers plates supporting the dual elastomer stack.

Ride Firmness:

Medium ride firmness was original firmness (yellow) on most Proflex shocks for riders 185lbs and lighter. Firm ride is for riders 190lbs and heavier.

** NEVER install springs in a shock designed for elastomers! Serious injury to the rider can occur!**
