Shipping and Returns or Exchanges, Cancellations


Any item you purchase from us may be returned for credit or refund within 30 days of receipt, provided that the item is unused and in re-sellable condition, or is defective in either material or workmanship (subject to our inspection). We will gladly exchange your kit for a different kit provided that the customer pays for shipping to and from SUSPENSION FORK PARTS (SFP). All returns are subject to 20% re-stocking fee and request must made in writing prior to 30 days after purchase. No refunds given after 30 days. Our shipping cost includes handling charges. Shipping and handling charges on returns is not refundable. We do not accept returns via UPS or FED EX, all returns must be sent via USPS to our PO BOX, no exceptions. The customer is responsible for entering correct shipping address on order, we are not responsible for shipping errors due to incorrect address. The customer is responsible to cover shipping to and from SUSPENSION FORK PARTS for warranty claims. Any unclaimed packages returned to us require payment for return shipping back to customer. Please contact us prior to returning any products for exchange, return or warranty claim. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for stolen packages, please follow your package via tracking number sent by Pitney Bowes. We can ship to a different address per customer request by adding the requested shipping address to the comments section of the order during checkout, billing and shipping information from the credit card must match for payment to be processed correctly.


Domestic Shipping


All shipments are made via USPS. Delivery times could take from 2-10 work days (estimated) via date of shipping.Delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped from our factory, we do not have control of the delivery date. We do not guarantee any delivery dates.The customer is responsible for entering correct shipping address on order, we are not responsible for shipping errors due to incorrect address.Tracking information is available for most shipping methods inside the USA only at this time.

International Shipping


All shipments are made via USPS and may be transferred to domestic carriers for delivery. A tracking number is sent from Pitney Bowes to the email address listed on the order.Delivery times for International shipments may take up to 60-90 days (calendar) from date of shipment or longer. All delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. There are many circumstances outside of our control, customs, weather, COVID, etc; that can cause delays in delivery. We are not responsible for ANY delays in delivery. Reliable tracking information is not available outside the USA. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Any orders that have shipped and are not delivered before 120 calendar days may be re-shipped only at the discretion of Suspension Fork Parts staff. 

Elastomer Install by our Staff

We are not responsible for any damage that can occur during elastomer install that we perform on your forks. As you know, these forks are vintage and some of the plastic parts may crack during disassembly or reassembly. Many of the forks we attempt to repair have been neglected due lack of maintenance and threads may be seized, or internal parts are damaged. We do our best to revive every fork that we attempt to service. About 99% of the forks we service are able to be revived, but there are those 1% that unfortunately, cannot be fixed, as many proprietary parts are no longer available. Our installation service comes with our Standard 30 Day Limited Warranty.

Standard 30 Day Limited Warranty 

All products are offered with a 30 Day warranty, have a 30 day warranty and guarantee our parts are free from manufacturers defects. No other warranties are expressed or implied.

6 Year Limited Warranty (Optional)

Some products sold by Suspensionforkparts are offered with an optional warranty. SFP warrants that for a period of 6 years from the date of shipment, elastomers shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use provided such elastomers are correctly installed and maintained/lubricated no less than annually. This warranty shall not apply to elastomers that have been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect or improper storage, handling, maintenance, wrong lubricantused, incorrectly installed, wrong rider weight selection or degradation from sunlight or other UV sources. Elastomer change in color and normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Limited Warranty is made to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Buyers exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty shall be the replacement by SUSPENSION FORK PARTS of any defective merchandise returned to SUSPENSION FORK PARTS within such period. In no event shall SUSPENSION FORK PARTS be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or for loss of profits or labor charges or any other damages through the use or intended use of their products. The foregoing is the SUSPENSIONFORKPARTS exclusive warranty and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for any purpose. SUSPENSIONFORKPARTS shall not be liable to buyer on any claim of negligence or for any component or suspension fork failures. No one is authorized by SUSPENSION FORK PARTS to change the forgoing provisions or assume any obligations or liabilities for SUSPENSION FORK PARTS. During this period, SUSPENSION FORK PARTS will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at SUSPENSION FORK PART'S discretion, without charge to you. The customer is always responsible for return shipping to SFP and Return Shipping to Customer for any warranty claims, no exceptions.

Warranty Conditions

The above Optional  6 Year Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The order number serves as your warranty number and must be retainedSUSPENSION FORK PARTS will offer no warranty service without this number.
  2. This warranty extends only to products distributed and/or sold by SUSPENSION FORK PARTS.
  3. You must retain your invoice as proof of purchase, and warranty must be listed on the invoice to make a warranty claim.
  4. No warranty extensions will be granted for any replacement part(s) furnished to the purchaser in fulfillment of this warranty.
  5.  The 6 Year Warranty does not cover labor, installation service fees, shipping and handling fees and only covers elastomers.
  6. The elastomers must be lubricated using our elastomer lube at a minimum on an annual basis.


10 Year Limited Warranty (Optional)

Some products sold by Suspensionforkparts are offered with an optional warranty.This warranty provides the same coverage and terms as the Optional 6 Year Limited Warranty, but extended to 10 years. Our Extended 10 Year Limited Warranty is made to the original purchaser only, is non-transferable and must be purchased for each item to be covered, at the time of purchase. This warranty does not cover fees, return shipping to SFP or return shipping fees back to the customer, it only covers replacement or repair of defective parts and does not cover any labor charges. Please contact us for filing a warranty claim or returning products.

Online Payments

In order to better serve all customers around the Globe, we may use a payment gateway that is based outside the United States. By using our online payment service, your credit card company may charge International fees for processing payment. We are not responsible for any International credit card fees that are incurred when ordering products from us, all fee's are the customers sole responsibility. We offer an alternative way to pay via Zelle App, please select Print Order Form option and follow the instructions to download the Zelle app and pay for the order. We can ship to a different address per customer request by adding the requested shipping address to the comments section of the order during checkout, billing and shipping information from the credit card must match for payment to be processed correctly.
